Amanda is a Pacific Northwest native who attended local grade schools and graduated from dental assisting school in 2011. From an early age, she knew she wanted a career in healthcare and found dentistry especially rewarding for its ability to change not only smiles, but perspectives. Helping patients feel comfortable and confident—particularly through cosmetic transformations—is her favorite part of the job.
With nearly 15 years of experience in dentistry, she has recently transitioned from a clinical assisting role into administration. This shift allows her to step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Outside the office, she is an “unpaid Uber driver,” better known to her passengers as Mom. She is a proud mom of twins—the first set in her family!
Her family loves the outdoors and enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, and visiting local farmers markets. Friday nights are reserved for cozy family time with games, nachos, and movies at home.

Erica lives in Gig Harbor with her husband and two daughters. She began her career as a pediatric dental assistant, where she discovered how much she enjoyed helping children develop good, lifelong oral healthcare habits. That passion led her to further her education at Seattle Central College, where she became a dental hygienist in 2018. She continues to enjoy helping patients understand their oral health and fostering awareness of the important connection between oral and systemic health.
The best part of her job is creating meaningful connections with both patients and co-workers. She has a calm and comforting demeanor that helps create a peaceful atmosphere for patients, and she values being a strong team player who supports her colleagues whenever needed.
Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her family. They especially enjoy being outdoors, and boating on the Puget Sound during the summer is one of their favorite activities. One item on her bucket list is seeing the Northern Lights from Norway.
An interesting fact about her is that she is a lymphoma cancer survivor.

Jackie is fortunate to call the Pacific Northwest home and grew up on beautiful Fox Island. She graduated from Gig Harbor High School and entered the dental field immediately after. She attended Clover Park Technical College, where she earned her Dental Assisting degree, and then continued her education in dental hygiene after being accepted into Seattle Central College.
While completing her dental hygiene education, she worked as a dental assistant, gaining hands-on experience in the field in real time. On weekends, she stayed busy working at a local coffee shop in the harbor—some patients may recognize her from her days as a barista.
After earning her Dental Hygiene degree, she decided it was time for another adventure and moved to Europe. She worked as a registered dental hygienist in Germany for several years before returning to the United States. Not quite ready to return to the Pacific Northwest, she spent a few years in San Antonio, Texas, where she continued her education in myofunctional therapy.
Since 2018, she has been helping patients with myofunctional therapy needs and has continued to expand her knowledge through advanced education in airway and myofunctional therapy, along with numerous additional courses.
She chose dentistry because she finds helping others with their health to be incredibly rewarding. The most fulfilling part of her work is helping patients get to the root cause of their concerns while educating and empowering them through care. Through dentistry, she has also had the opportunity to volunteer and share her expertise with many deserving populations.
Outside of the office, she loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, wakeboarding, and visiting local farmers markets during the summer, while winters are spent snowboarding in the mountains. While she loves where she is from, nothing fulfills her soul more than travel, and she enjoys exploring the world whenever possible.

Malissa is originally from Northern California and moved to Washington in 2019 with her best friend to begin an exciting new chapter. Her journey into dentistry began with a life-changing smile makeover at age 23—an experience that showed her firsthand how powerful a confident smile can be. That moment sparked her passion for helping others feel the same joy and confidence.
As a Treatment Coordinator, she enjoys connecting with patients and ensuring they feel comfortable, understood, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Her natural kindness and approachable personality make it easy for patients to ask questions, share concerns, and feel at ease during their visit.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her dog, hiking Washington’s beautiful trails, exploring new restaurants with friends, and crossing adventures off her bucket list—like one day going bungee jumping.
Her favorite quote reflects both her mindset and work ethic:
“Perfection is not attainable. But if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.”
